3 Volunteers Needed

Exmouth Talking Newspaper suddenly finds it needs 3 new Volunteers. We are looking for

1.A Dispatcher. Works with the Copier to put the memory sticks in the prepared wallets and then takes them to the Post Office for posting. Commitment is 1 hour on a Saturday or Sunday once every 6 weeks.

2.A Registrar. The registrars work on Thursday afternoons for about 2 hours, just once every 6 weeks. They receive and prepare the wallets ready for the weekend recordings.

3. Lastly a Fundraiser. Someone who is prepared to take this task away from our hard pressed Secretary and may have novel ideas for fundraising as well as organising street collections for us.

These tasks are not arduous but they are vital to allow the system to work. Training for all posts will be provided and you will join a Team of about 60 dedicated Volunteers who are committed to providing the weekly news from the local papers to about 100 Blind and Partially sighted Listeners.

If you think you can take on one of these tasks, or know someone who might be interested, please email vacancies@exmouthtalkingnewspaper.org or use the contact form on the home page.
